We accept your charge card or check for $60.00 and will E-mail or Fax to you "in depth" our reply within 72 hours.

or an attorney you may use Positive Steps, Inc. for your personal resource
for clinical consultation. Depending on the type of counseling you will
need, we have the service for you. Whether you need to schedule a CHAT
session, or a PHONE call we are available day or night. Simply E-mail

We offer FREE services for members of the clergy. These services are limited and religious affiliation must be confirmed before service is rendered. If you wish to apply for "Free" services please E-mail us and include your contact information and a description of your request.
SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY
We at Positive Steps, Inc. appreciate your support of our on-line service. We are all aware that accidents happen and things can change rapidly, such as your connection to the Internet. In anticipation of computer crashes, server congestion, and power line outages, we promise to make every possible effort to provide the service you have requested in the most timely manner. If necessary, we will phone, fax, or mail your response when Internet technology fails. Any service request not fulfilled to your complete satisfaction is eligible for a full refund. However, our maximum liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you for our services. Any person requesting our services therefore, agrees that Positive Steps, Inc. will not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or loss arising from the use of attempting to use any and all of the professional services we offer.
